How to Conduct Your SWOT Analysis
(Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats)

Leading others without understanding yourself is like taking a trip with a destination and no directions. Why would you take that risk when the destination you seek is called success?
It’s time for you to do some internal risk analysis while you earn 5 PDUs (professional development units).
In this mixed media class, Margaret Meloni of eLearning4PMs walks you through your own personal SWOT analysis. Your goal, to learn about Y-O-U:
- How to determine your temperament.
- How YOU resolve conflict.
- To what degree are you emotionally intelligent?
- How do you perceive yourself as a professional?
- How do you deal with difficult people?
- What is your communication style?
You really will KNOW yourself, but YOU will not stop at knowledge. YOU are going to take action! You are going to:
- Understand how others perceive you.
- Define who YOU want to be.
- Create your own self-risk management plan.
- Create your own project plan.
- Create your own strategies to deal with difficult people.
And remember you will earn 5 PDUs for taking this mixed media class. What is a mixed media class? We will work together virtually through webinar classes and you will be provided additional assistance in the form of video, audio or eBook programs (or all three). You get all of this for $94.
